Evening Menu

In celebration of our 25th anniversary, our chefs are offering, in addition to their summer-inspired fare, a selection of some of the dishes that have helped build the inn’s reputation through the years.

Naturally, the chefs will be using produce grown locally and throughout Quebec with the many textures and subtle tastes they offer. Travel through time and province in this journey of the senses.

Enjoy!
