For 2011, our chefs are offering, in addition to their summer-inspired fare, a selection of some of the dishes that have helped build the inn’s reputation through the years.
Naturally, the chefs are using locally and throughout Quebec grown reknowned for their subtle texture and taste they offer. Travel through time and province in this journey of the senses. Enjoy!
