Born in Normandy, France, our Chef Alain Morel has been working at the inn for more than 30 years. He began his career in the kitchens of some of France's biggest eateries before crossing the Atlantic. Alain's dishes provide regional twists on classic French cuisine.

Our table d'hôte is a 5 course menu including en appetizer,  a dish from the Prelude, a dish from The Kitchen Kettle,  the main course from The Inn’s Signature Dishes and a choice of dessert & coffee. Some supplements can apply.
